Service Description
Create your own DJ Party Package 2- hours Professional DJ * $150 4- hours Professional DJ * $300 6- hours Professional DJ * $450 - Please note: This package is ideal for events that only need a DJ to provide music. **Limited time only** Price includes: DJ Booth Premium Sound System Dance floor lighting *Restrictions: The fee for the DJ to host or make announcements at your event is an additional $50 per hour. If you require a microphone for your designated host or announcer, there will be an extra charge of $25 per hour for its use. Please be aware that the DJ will not be responsible for making any announcements or fulfilling requests for your host in their absence. Clients may submit song requests prior to the event date by completing the DJ Event Questionnaire (link on the DJ Packages page). Song requests will not be accepted the day of event. All guests will be politely directed to contact the Client as the DJ has been instructed not to accommodate song requests. To help reduce requests from your guests, your host may make an announcement at the start of the event to inform attendees. On the day of the event, song requests will incur an additional charge of $10 per song, with a minimum fee of $50 for five songs. Payments can be made via Cash App or Zelle prior to the song being played. *Must Be Paid in Full to Reserve Date. * No changes to the reserved package price will be accepted within 30 days of your event. This package is not suitable for weddings, as the DJ will not follow a wedding timeline or any event that requires a scripted format. This package is NOT Applicable on Holidays. Travel costs to be determined based on event location.
Terms and Agreement
CSE DJ TERMS & AGREEMENT 1. **Service Commitment**: The DJ will provide services at the agreed location and time for the "Client." 2. **Deposit**: A non-refundable deposit is required; the remaining balance is due by the agreed date. Payments made after balance due date may incur fees to keep the reserved date, or services may be canceled if unpaid. 3. **Electricity**: The client must provide necessary electricity; the DJ isn't liable for outages. 4. **Setup Access**: The client must allow access for setup and sound check at least two hours before the event. 5. **Music Selection**: The DJ can play any music, including explicit content, unless a clean version is requested. 6. **Time Extensions**: Extra service hours are at the DJ's discretion and must be paid in advance. 7. **Cancellation**: A 50% deposit is required; cancellations within 30 days forfeit all deposits but may apply to a future date within a year. 8. **Weather**: Deposits are non-refundable for scheduled outdoor events due to bad weather; funds can apply to a new date within a year. 9. **Damage Responsibility**: The client will be held accountable for any damage inflicted on DJ equipment by attendees, as well as for events held outdoors during inclement weather conditions. 10. **Legal Fees**: The DJ can recover attorney fees for enforcing rights under the contract. 11. **Early Termination**: No refunds if the event ends early due to no fault of the DJ. 12. **Entire Agreement**: This contract is the complete agreement. 13. **Signature**: The client's purchase of any CherSam Event packages acts as a digital signature & confirms agreement to all terms. CSE PHOTO/VIDEO TERMS & AGREEMENT (Model/Client) authorizes CherSam Entertainment dba CherSam Events (CSE) to take and use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of them and their guests at the event. CSE has the right to reproduce, distribute, and use these recordings for marketing and promotional purposes globally and in perpetuity. The client waives inspection rights and expects no compensation for participation. They release CSE from any related claims. The client confirms they are at least 18 or have consent from a parent or guardian. CSE Special conditions allow the client to publish images if "CherSam Events Photography" is credited. Clients can choose to buy images or videos at a later time if they initially decided against purchasing a photo or video package at the current rate.
